Agrimore rice-planting sprayer: 100-horsepower boom sprayer configuration, equipped with a National II Quanchai engine. Quanchai, a well-known domestic brand, ensures its National II engine features stable quality and easy maintenance.
The transmission adopts an engineering machinery gearbox – a six-axle one suitable for paddy fields. Market-proven, it has stable quality and low maintenance frequency, even rated as a zero-failure transmission in dry fields.
The axle, also engineering machinery-grade with high torque, is market-verified. It comes with 2.2m-diameter iron wheels; hollow in the middle, they have buoyancy, allowing the vehicle to work in harsh environments without getting stuck easily and facilitating continuous movement.
The vehicle has an air-conditioned cab. Boom width is selectable from 14m to 25m. It has a 304 stainless steel bucket and a 1-ton water tank (800L-3000L optional). The water pump, from a reliable supplier, offers a choice between a double plunger pump or a six-cylinder diaphragm pump. A fertilizer spreader can be added at the rear for crop fertilization.
Two steering options are available: mid-folding or four-wheel simultaneous steering, both mature structures. Nozzles can switch between fan and cylindrical sprays for different crops. It uses three-stage filtration with serially connected cups to filter water impurities or drug clumps, preventing nozzle blockage, ensuring better spraying effect, high work efficiency, and worry-free all-day spraying.
