The Agrimore High-Pressure Oil Press is a reliable hydraulic oil extraction machine designed for a wide range of oilseeds. It is suitable for pressing peanuts, soybeans, tea seeds, rapeseeds, sunflower seeds and many other oil-bearing crops. This hydraulic oil press is controlled by a manual directional valve for cylinder extension and retraction. Before operation, connect the power supply and confirm the motor rotates in the correct forward direction; the oil pump will not function if the motor runs backwards. Push the valve lever upward to lift the oil pressing plate, and push the lever downward to lower the plate to start the oil pressing cycle.

When oil extraction is finished, shift the directional valve upward first. Rotate the lifting ring hook to lock it inside the lugs of the material barrel. Switch on the power to lift the cylinder together with the barrel. Once the barrel reaches the frame hooks, rotate the barrel to engage the barrel lugs with the frame hooks. Shift the valve downward again, so the plate of the barrel lugs rests steadily on the frame hooks. Continue pushing the valve downward for pressing, and the oil cake will drop out from the bottom of the barrel.

After all oil cake is discharged, shift the valve upward again to release the barrel from the frame hooks. Rotate the barrel and push the valve downward to return the barrel to its home position, ready for the next pressing batch.
