Mistake 1: The lower the water temperature, the more obvious the cooling effect.

 

The higher the water temperature, the more intense the evaporation, the more heat taken away, and the more obvious the cooling effect. Therefore, room temperature water can achieve very good results, but also can be recycled to reduce water waste.

 

Therefore: when the relative humidity is lower than 80% and the temperature is lower than 35 ° C, the use of 20-25 ° C room temperature water to cool the pads circulating water has the best effect. If the water temperature is too low. With the decrease of evaporation efficiency, the relative humidity in the shed will increase, and too low water temperature can easily cause cold stress of ducks.

 

When the relative humidity is higher than 80% and the temperature is higher than 35 ° C (that is, when the temperature is high and the humidity is high), the evaporation efficiency decreases and the cooling effect of the cooling pads decreases due to the high relative humidity. Mistake 2: The more wet the pads, the more water is used, the more obvious the cooling effect

 

Under the action of the pump and gravity, the water flows down from the top, and the total area of the corrugated fiber surface of the cooling pads is equivalent to more than 10 times the appearance area of the pads, which can ensure the maximum contact area of the air and water film, and thus ensure the best cooling effect.

 

If the pads is too wet, and even the formation of long water, there will be long water blocking the pores of the pads, reducing the contact area between the pads and the air, and thereby reducing the cooling effect.

 

Mistake 3, cooling padss and ventilation Windows are used at the same time, the more uniform and stable the temperature

 

Due to the "air pressure difference" caused by the negative pressure fan, the outdoor air will quickly detour through the cooling pads and collide with the pads water film, so that the heat in the air is quickly absorbed by the large area of the water film. When the age is younger or the pads is used for the first time to cool down, the ventilation window can be used appropriately to mix the air intake, so that the ducks can gradually adapt to the pads. After 3-4 days of adaptation, the ducks should be switched to the full pads in time to give full play to the cooling effect of the pads.

 

Mistake 4. Use the cooling pads without cleaning it before use

 

Due to the debris blocking the pads holes, resulting in uneven distribution of water in the pads, while the wind can not penetrate the pads, resulting in a decrease in cooling and ventilation effect, can not achieve the purpose of cooling.
